Phlebotomy Aide

The purpose of this program is to prepare students for employment as phlebotomists & healthcare support workers. This program is a planned sequence of instruction consisting of 2 occupational completion points. The length of the program is 165 hours. Upon completion of the program, the instructor will provide a certificate to the student verifying that all requirements have been met.

  • Admission Policy:  Student must be at least 16 years of age and not enrolled in the K-12 program in order to register for an adult education career & technical program.
  • Refund Policy:  Before the start of class – full tuition refund. Within first 14 days – 50% tuition refund. After 14 days – no refund.

Classes are offered at South Dade Skills Center Campus
